New mumsTiwa SavageandOmawumiare both back on their grind after months away from Lagos as they nursed their new born babies.
They both posted on social media today about their excitement to be back in Lagos and busy.
Omawumi stepped out of a Parents Teachers Associations meeting while Tiwa Savage simply stated she had a busy day ahead.

The Chief Magistrate Anthony Araba of the Magistrate court in Isabo, Abeokuta today finally signed the bail bond of the arraigned blogger, Emmanuel Ojo Adediran, who was arrested over the weekend over a Facebook post alleging that governor Amosun’s wife was involved in money laundering in London.
At around 3:00pm, Ojo was released from the remand prison to his team of lawyers.
His release however didn’t come without an event. The counsel to the Nigeria Police approached the court to request that his bail bond should not be signed as the police isn’t sure of the sureties provided by the defendant even after confirming the authenticity of the properties presented.
Magistrate Anthony however ruled in favour of the defendant stating that he can ‘no longer be pushed around’.
President Buhari will make a nationwide broadcast as part of the programme of activities to mark Nigeria’s 55th Independence Anniversary today October 1st.
The broadcast will take place at 7am.
A man realized he was stup*d after he tried to roast a Spider near his petrol tank while filling up his car at a Fuel station.
The unidentified man in Michigan, wasn’t thinking when he tried to burn a spider that was crawling on his car with his cigarette lighter.
The fire swiftly spread due to the fuel fumes engulfed the fuel pump.
An employee at the gas station quickly hit the automatic stop button and then called the fire department. The man grabbed a fire extinguisher and put out the flames before firefighters arrived.
The foolish man then admitted to investigators that he saw a spider crawling on his gas tank before trying to burn it alive. Lucky for him, his car was not damaged by the fire and only one fuel pump got burnt.
He went back to the fuel station the next day to apologize. The damage to the gas station is expected to be covered by accident insurance.

BlackBerry’s CEO John Chen confirmed yesterday that the rumors of its first Android device, are indeed accurate.
The report came as a part of the company’s quarterly earnings announcement released Friday, BlackBerry confirmed it would roll out an Android phone in late 2015 and it’s name will be blackberry priv.
“Today, I am confirming our plans to launch Priv, an Android device named after BlackBerry’s heritage and core mission of protecting our customers’ privacy,”BlackBerry CEO John Chen said in a written statement.“Priv combines the best of BlackBerry security and productivity with the expansive mobile application ecosystem available on the Android platform.”
He did not provide any significant details such as specs, pricing, or availability but BlackBerry did say that the phone will be called Priv, ie privacy.
You can recall the CEO once said that if he can secure Android Os then he will consider building one.
Also, BlackBerry’s CEO reaffirmed its commitment to BlackBerry 10 on Friday. The company says it will continue to“develop and enhance the BlackBerry 10 operating system.”The next update for BB10 will be version 10.3.3 rolling out in March.
The official specs of the BlackBerry priv will be revealed in few weeks and there’s a rumor that BlackBerry priv will launch on November.
The Ogun State Police Command, Monday, confirmed the arrest of a blogger,Emmanuel Ojo for accusing the wife of the state governor, Mrs Olufunsho Amosun of allegedly laundering $300,000 in London.The state Police Public Relations Officer, Muyiwa Adejobi, who confirmed the arreston the telephone, said Ojo is being detained at the command’s headquarters, Eleweran, Abeokuta, for questioning.Vanguardgathered that Ojo was arrested for a story exposing the alleged quizzing of Ogun State first lady, Mrs Olufunso Amosun, in London for money laundering.Ojo was said to have been trailed and arrested on Saturday and detained at Ibara Police Station, Abeokuta for wrongly accusing Mrs. Amosun.She has since denied being involved in any money laundering saga.Adejobi said the command received a complaint from the state government about the blogger, which led to his arrest.Adejobi said investigations on the matter are ongoing.He said, “We received a complaint from the state government on the suspect, and he was arrested. Presently he is with us atEleweran, we are still conducting our investigations. If he is found wanting he will be charged to court accordingly.”The Secretary to the State Government, Mr. Taiwo Adeoluwa, said governor Amosun, was not connected with the arrest of the blogger as being speculated in some quarters.He, however, confirmed that the state government made a formal complaint to the police and the director of the State Security Service, about a false allegation that the blogger made against the First lady.
A survivor of the Thursday stampede at Muna Camp, a few kilometres away from the holy city of Makkah, Saudi Arabia, Magaji Falalu Zarewa, has told Saturday Nation how he watched helplessly as pilgrims died.
Zarewa, who is a pilgrim from Kano State, said he narrowly escaped death himself, adding that his Ventolin Inhaler saved him from death.
“I stepped on dead bodies to escape to a safer place to stay and recover. Lifeless bodies of pilgrims became steps to escape routes,” he stated.
Zarewa, who is a student of the Islamic University of Madina, also in Saudi Arabia, said he has been performing hajj annually since the last 10 years.
He added, “The incident occurred around few minutes after 9:00am local time. The problem started when a large crowd of people who had already stoned the Jamrat (devil) were returning through the route of people going towards the Jamarat from Muzdalifa. That caused obstruction of movement and generated heat. People started collapsing. That is the first cause of people’s death. There was no water around the area.
“Then, the major problem and what I call the major cause of death is nations whose tents are close to the scene of the stampede. Countries like Algeria and Morocco locked access roads to their tents. Because, when the heat was becoming unbearable, people wanted to enter the nearby camps to decongest the main road, get air and water to drink.
“So, people started climbing the tents. I also got a strategic pillar of the tent and climbed, then I started breathing better until people began to shake the tent and it finally collapsed on many of us. I didn’t know how I came out of the tent because people were still climbing on us. I just saw myself as people were pouring water on me.
“When I recovered a little, I quickly grabbed my inhaler, because I am asthmatic and used it. Because I was still gasping for air. Then, the white tent was covered with blood and I watched helplessly as other pilgrims died.
“After I fully recovered, I saw a heap of dead bodies serving as steps for other people to escape. By then, rescue team had arrived, but they were no longer concerned about the dead bodies, they were only picking people with tendencies to survive.
“Then, I was telling the soldiers who were also trying to control the crowd that, the best they can do is to find a way of stopping pilgrims who have already performed the stoning of the devil from returning through the same route used by people who are going to the Jamrat. They told me, because I speak Arabic, that they were helpless. I told them can’t you people security agents, enter the camps of the nations around here and force them to open their gate, so that you can divert people to pass through their tents? And that was what they eventually did and people started entering. At that point, whether you like it or not, you must step on corpses to get out of the crowd.
“Then, people started to look for water everywhere, if they see you with water, it was like you are holding life. In my presence, someone urinated and poured the urine on his own head just to get refreshed.
“Three Fulani women who followed us because they saw me and my friends as guides died in the stampede. Although I didn’t see their corpses, my friend said he saw one of them crying as people were stepping on her and she died in the process.”

In May, Swiss authorities rounded up a shedload of FIFA executives to be extradited to the United States for charges of wire fraud, racketeering and money laundering at the behest of the U.S. Justice Department. Swiss authorities interrogated Blatter today and also spoke to current UEFA president Michel Platini regarding Blatter’s alleged wrongdoings and suspicion of a “disloyal payment” from FIFA to Platini in 2011. Here’s FIFA’s statement.

D’banj as a singer and Don Jazzy the producer used to be the perfect team as the honchos of Mo’hits Records. But like a bolt from the blue, their hitherto smooth relationship collapsed in 2012 like a pack of badly arranged cards.
Ever since, fans and colleagues in the music industry have been begging the duo to come back together and rework their magic.
However, what could have been the perfect opportunity for the two heavyweights to address the issue came to pass on Sunday, September 20,at the Eko Hotel-venue of 2face Idibia’s Fortyfied Concert.
D’banj mounted the stage to perform some of his hit songs to the delight of the audience, and halfway through, he said he was going to perform a song, ‘Feeling Good’ produced by Don Jazzy and featuring 2face that was leaked online before it could be properly released.
He beckoned on Don Jazzy to join him on stage to perform the song, but Jazzy remained glued to his seat with new Mavin signees, Reekado Banks, Korede Bello, and Dija.
Even when 2face begged the duo to produce one more hit together, Don Jazzy remained resolute. In 2face’s words, ‘Don Jazzy and D’banj, abeg make una do one more song, just one…. I take God beg una.’
D’banj instantly responded with the words, “Sure! It’s going to happen,” while Don Jazzy still remained on his seat without even a smile.
This led many of the guests in attendance to insinuate that D’banj was more eager for a come-back than Don Jazzy is.
